Alright,

So it's early august and it's a very hot week this week.
At the moment I saw it was about 25°C in the chin room. (It feels cool though)
Chin isn't bothered by it I thinkn, she even sleeps inside her tunnel.

Should I be worried?
It's getting cooler next week.

I would keep an eye on her. If she's still sleeping in her tunnel and not flat out on her side out in the open, she's probably okay. I wouldn't let her out to exercise in that temperature, though. Do you have any clay flower pots or pieces of granite or tile you can put in the freezer for her to lay on to keep cool? Just keep an eye one her for signs of overheating such as red ears, sleeping on her side.

You've probably already considered this, but if you haven't, find the coolest part of your home. I've moved my chin from my bedroom, which the air conditioning doesn't cool down very well, to my kitchen, which does get nice and cool. Also, you could move her away from the sunlight if she's near some.

You can adjust the duct outlets to even out temperatures or even lower temps in certain rooms [if you've central air] - restrict the ducts in the room that has the thermostat, or any room that's unused, and make sure they're wide open in the rooms you want cooler.
Do it again during te heating season to keep your chin room cool!

Good idea, i'll use her bath clay pot
Let her out for 15 min and scratched her ears and they were nice and cold.
