Fur ring check issue!!

So I am a first time boy owner. We believe our boy to be about 7 months old and are starting to do checks. If they have not yet reached maturity, what will the penis look like? His was a little purple on the end in like a pattern and it didnt look like it was completely purple from strangulation. Is this what it would look like if he has not hit puberty yet?

I am afraid I am wrong and there is a problem...

Also, only the tip would come out so I am assuming he hasnt reach puberty?

His entire penis should come out and they are much longer than you would imagine. He is an adult as far as size of penis goes. I don't think you have extended his penis enough to check for a hair ring.

So i checked again and it came out more and I saw nothing at the base of it or the center... it is definitely a little purple but in a pattern ... almost like a vein. I suppose this is alright if no one thinks otherwise.

He is eating, pooping, and drinking normally.
