Hi everyone,

I have ordered some stuff from Carise lately and have been buying from her for quite awhile...but this time, she wasn't responding to my emails as I wasn't receiving my package which I ordered in early December. I have no choice but to ask paypal for help...and she still wasn't responding.

Anyone have bought from her recently? What's happen?

This happens quite a bit with Carise. Either it's computer issues or something else. I guess all you can do is keep trying then she'll show up at some point and let everyone know what happened, i.e., broken monitor, broken keyboard, broken computer, etc.

This happened to me a few month ago when I ordered from her. Something had happen, which I don't remember now, but she did make good on it. I just got the stuff alot later than expected. Keep trying, hopefully she'll get back to you

I know the rescue is pretty darn full right now. She's got something like 45 animals in from what I've heard, so it wouldn't surprise me if she's a little busier than usual. That long a delay in contact isn't like her, though, so I'd definitely try emailing her again.

I ordered a hay box from her a couple weeks ago, I got an email from her very quickly after I placed my order and got my hay box within 4 days or so. I wornder if your emails are not making it through her spam filter or something

As much as I like Carise and her items, this is the reason I stopped ordering from her.

She responded right away when I placed my order and hasn't responded once she got the paypal payment. Pretty sketchy. Anyone know her phone number? As far as I can see, she's got no other means of contact on her website except for the email...

wait, did some google searches and got her number... I'll try calling her tomorrow...

I ordered a few things from her a couple weeks ago and received them last week--along with a few emails. The impression I got was that she thought that she was caught up with orders and started on another project. There are times that it takes a bit longer than you might think to receive things, but I always get my things. But if it has been months, then something is off with your communication. Good luck with it.
