For those curious (rescued chin)

I just wanted to drop a note for those interested in Chewy's recovery (the chin rescued from NJ, you can read about it here and here among other places), that although I was going to adopt him after mishellyshel got him back on his feet, I have decided that it is in his best interest to go to a home with a. a car and b. more emergency funds than I have, both of which I am obviously without. After the loss of Florence (my hamster) on Tuesday morning, I don't want to risk anything happening that could have been prevented if I had the resources.
Obviously, it is Michelle's call as to when and where he goes after he is rehabilitated, but I just wanted to throw it out there so that everyone was aware.
Hopefully Michelle won't mind that I'm putting this out there, as it is not my intention for her to get a bunch of PMs about him at this point. The only purpose for this thread is to inform those who are curious as to Chewy's current status.
Because I am not the one who has him and am only using this thread for informational purposes, and unless she states otherwise, please do not bother mishellyshel / Michelle about adopting Chewy at this time.

Chewy does need a loving qualified home and will be available at NO charge to a member here who is interested. I would prefer not to have to drive far, so if you are willing to come to Mercer County, NJ please PM me.
He is not ready yet. I am trying to beef him up a bit. He is a super friendly standard boy on the smaller side, we have no background of age or where he came from or anything.
