Which is better Oxbow Chinchilla food or ManniPro Rabbit?

Both are fine, so whatever one you can get easy and cheap, IMO.

Was feed Oxbow, but I may be adopting two more that haven't been taken very good care of so since I will have 5 I was looking for a little better cost option.

I use MannaPro, and get it for only about $16 for a 50lb bag from tractor supply. Although if you don't have a place to store that much food, you might want to buy smaller quantities... but the larger bulk bag is definitely cheaper.

I'm not sure how much food 5 chinchillas would go through, but I've heard several people say that the 25 lb. and 50 lb. bags are very reasonable at http://www.drsfostersmith.com/product/prod_display.cfm?c=6067+10381+11258+16624&pcatid=16624.
