FO Loofah

Hey all, apologies if this is in the wrong forum. I was wondering if anyone has ordered from F&O Loofah. I've heard nothing but good reviews of the store, however my last order went completely ignored by the proprietor (I had to open a claim through PayPal... not one email or reply from the store's owner!). At the recommendation of a friend, I've just ordered again, however so far I seem to be ignored a second time. :/

Has anyone ordered from here? Is she even still doing business, or does she just have her store up and isn't actually filling orders?

I haven't ordered from them, but I definitely remember seeing a thread where someone ordered something from them a few months back & never received their order. I believe they may have filed a dispute with PayPal. Try searching F&O Loofah & you should be able to find the thread. I think @MyzarandGemma (spelling?) was the one who had the issue?

I think I may have to file another claim. Guess I won't be ordering again. That is certainly disappointing, I've heard excellent things. Maybe Amy will be back in business soon-- I do hope everything is okay.

I guess I don't understand why you'd order again, especially while the first dispute hasn't been resolved.

This isn't the first time we've heard this sort of thing with this seller, but there isn't anything we can do. Just what you've already done.

They should probably take her off the "Chin suppliers list" if no one has heard from her and she isn't filling orders..

I forget that list is there! I just removed it, along with a couple other suppliers who are no longer in business.

The first claim was resolved through PayPal a few months ago. I have a friend who had nothing but glowing reviews about her, so I wanted to give her a second chance.

Glad to know it's not just me, though-- I thought I had offended her somehow!

I had that same issue. Ordered mid-april and never heard back after many attempts to contact her. I had ordered from her twice before, only the second time. Was bit slow, but only 3 weeks or so went by before I questioned it and she answered right away. The last time just nothing. Still looking for some loofah....

Hi all,
You're absolutely right. I have been M.I.A. and went through a variety of struggles. But I am getting my shop back up and running, recently sent out an apology to those who have placed orders, and have begun the process of rebuilding my business. I will have the same great loofah products I've always had, with the same great prices. I understand those who have been burned by the experience, but if you have a little loofah lover I'd be happy to provide free samples and work to earn some trust back. Thanks.
