Do most of you buy your fleece from places like Joann’s and Michaels?
Or do you guys get wholesale prices?

My roommate’s company hand makes chandeliers so we get whole sale prices on fabric (you need it to make the lamp shade).

Would any of you be interested in purchasing fabric from her at the wholesale pricing… I could ask her if so. Though you’d probably have to buy a larger quantity (I assume or purchase small amounts from what she already buys). She would probably charge a small amount to make this all worth her while.

Heck can't hurt to look into. I'd be interested. Once I replace my cord to my sewing machine that the cockatoo chewed in bite sized pieces I'd like to make more of my own. Plus it's always nice to send with kits to their new homes!

They use fleece in lamp shades? I thought it was a thinner fabric

they dont use fleece but the ppl she buys things from carry fleece. Also we buy things for the house... pretty much anything we need we buy whole sale

Wouldnt it be pretty expensive considering you guys would be buying it and paying for shipping, and then we'd have to pay double shipping to have it shipped to us? Its like buying fleece online, its outrageous.. I'd much rather go to JoAnns and find a good sale than pay $15 a yard.

Im not sure about the pricing and such... just an idea I had and thought Id look into it.

Ill asked my roommate to ask her companys she uses about fleece and see if they have any cute ones or not. So we will see
