I suggest you go to a doc to see what's going on. I fell off horses many times most of the time. Mostly I was sore from being tense when falling and pulling muscles. I have actually learned to not tense up anymore when I fall so I do less damage to myself. I used to work at ranch who took wild/loco horses to rehabilitate them. So i have had my fair share of falls, bites and bucks

Hopefully you've gone to a doctor by now. Dizziness combined with fuzziness is a lot different than just being disoriented. I've had multiple concussions (my parents LOVED taking me to the emergency room...) and everytime I got a concussion I'd get really dizzy and things would get fuzzy for a moment. When you jump off a mary-go-round things tilt and you get a bit dizzy, but things should not get fuzzy. There was a dent in the helmet and a scratch...that means your head took a good blow. The helmet cushioned a good amount of it I'm sure, but to sustain damage it's got to be a heavy blow.
