Please people...in the future if you dog suddenly turns aggressive after many years of being fine, have a complete vet check done. I've seen dogs become aggressive because of lyme disease and low thyroid and/or tumors. Regardless, I respect this decision.

The vet I take my animals to is a close friend and has been our vet for over 20 years and he couldn't find anything wrong with him. He's taken care of all my animals from my horses to my dogs, cats and even my chins. He said I made the right decision to have my dog put to sleep. As hard as it was to do, he bit a child and I just couldn't take the chance of it happening again and it being worse. I miss my dog very very much and having to watch my other dog whine and walk around our house looking out the windows looking for my dog breaks my heart.
