Feeding Oxbow pellets, but Chin doesn't seem to like Alfalfa hay

So my chin loves her Oxbow pellets, but doesn't seem to like the alfalfa hay. When I first got her, there was timothy hay that came with her cage and she devoured this all the time, even when I mixed it with the Alfalfa. I also just recently purchased Oxbow's botanical hay, which she has taken a few straws from my hand. Is she going to be ok if she doesn't like alfalfa hay while I feed her Oxbow pellets? Maybe I haven't waited long enough...I only started giving her the botanical two days ago....it could also be the hay "ball" that the hay is in...?? Sorry for all the questions..just a little worried. I want to provide the best there is for her so she is happy and healthy

Oxbow pellets are alfalfa based, so she needs Timothy Hay to balance it out. Alfalfa is an ok treat but she needs the Timothy Hay. You may have to try a few brands until you find one she likes. My kids devour the Oxbow Western Timothy Hay.

That you Brittany! So the Botanical by Oxbow is ok IF she ends up liking it? It supposedly has Timothy in it, per the description, I believe??
