Favorite bird treats

I know there are many bird owners are the forum, other than telling you how smart my new little quaker is ( today he learned to "dance" in circles for me!) I was wondering what are your birds' favorite treats?

I've never had a bird that wasn't older and totally set in it's ways and I'm wondering what are some good healthy treats to use for training, I'm wanting to find one or two things that are 'special' to use only when he does something I ask.

I've always given fruits, veggies, healthy people foods, etc as part of the diet, so do you have anything your bird goes banana's for?

My african grey goes nuts for a smidgeon of peanut butter on a cracker or piece of bread, well cooked scrambled eggs and toast with a little butter. The bread is usually whole grain or rye. He also enjoys popcorn (no salt or butter). He loves cheese also but you have to be real careful only to give small amounts.

My Goffin loves anything banana. He would probably scarf down an entire banana if I let him. His absolute favorite are banana chips. He has a special way of eating them too. He has to dunk the banana chip in water and break it apart, then eats the little pieces. Such a kooky bird!

Ours seem to enjoy the pizza crust, and anything to do with pasta! Oh and the chicken leg bone, yup the cannibals!

My little lovebirds get millet for a treat but that's probably not much help. I just posted because I've been hearing about this guy and would love to see a picture. We can't have them in California so I'm a little jealous
