Fabric question

I was wondering what fabric are considered Degu safe other than fleece. My degu girls insist on chewing on fleece, despite the number of chew toys they have, for some reason.

Which would be good to make liners out of?

I honestly wouldnt make liners out of any fabric but fleece. Its the only fabric that is considered safe as it doesnt turn into threads. Once animals chew on any other fabric such as flannel or cotton, etc, they realize it shreds into a million threads and then they go hay wire.

If they are chewing on the fleece, you will most likely have to resort to bedding in the form of shavings, etc.

Fleece is the only fabric without threads...SO if they are chewing that then they will just need to be on another bedding, non fabric

They have hammocks and stuff that they don't chew.
