148 views and no input?! I'm about to order another bag as we had success with the first batch. First thing I like to pick out all the rose hips and put them in a separate container that way we control how much they get. Even at 1 a day, we end up with quite a bit of leftovers by the time they get through a bag of pellets (to give you an idea of the ratio).

Here's the analysis from their website:

Our two boys seem to eat fewer pellets than they do with Oxbow (what we previously used), but after 3 months they seem healthy as ever and have maintained the same weight, so I assume these EN pellets are more nutrient dense? Any thoughts on the ingredient analysis?

Chinchillas should not eat corn so I would not recommend it. they are probably eating less because the food is full of fillers. I noticed they also sell treats that are not good for chinchillas such as dried fruit.
