My chins have lately been eating alot less than they used to,
only around half the food. ive been checking on them alot and
i'd spot both of them eating throughout the day,
and i dont think its just one of them skipping out
on his food. also, i dont think they;ve been drinking
as much either, it takes them alot longer to finish their
water bottle than it used to. the eating and drinking less
has been happening for a few weeks now and i don't
know what to do, or if is a common thing.
any advice would be helpful, thx!

You need to start weighing your chins and keeping a record, so that you can track any weight loss. There can be many reasons for eating less: my Rosey eats less when the weather is warmer, for example, but eating less can also be an indicator of illness.
You probably shouldn't wait for your chins to "finish" their water bottle. The bottle should be rinsed and filled with clean water every day to prevent bacterial build up.

Could they be eating more hay, and less pellets? Maybe this bag of hay was extra tasty?
How are their poops? Smaller, or normal? Are they pooping less?

You really need to know if they're losing weight before you can be sure of anything. If they are losing weight, then vet visits will be in order.
