Anybody can tell me, what's the problem??

Thanks.

Her ears look very dry, I don't believe that her laying her ears back would cause that. Chinchilla fur is very durable and would take a lot of wear to do that. Tell me about her housing? Does she have a house with a smaller hole that she might be rubbing her fur off in or something? Is she housed with another chinchilla that might be plucking her fur out?

Is it possible due to fungus? She stay alone and her house is spacious without any "small" hole. I have tried to check online for info about this but failed.

It's possible that it's fungus but normally it would be other places before here, such as around the nose.

Do you have a "black light" or UV light? Most fungus will glow under one and you could check her that way to see if it does glow. Treating her with a "athlete's foot" powder in her dust ( 2 Tablespoons to 1 cup, will probably need to convert them into metric) won't hurt her if you want to treat her for fungus that way as well.

Does she itch there often? Does it seem to bother her?

The droopy ears are just the way her ears are. I have a couple that have them. I think it is adorable.

You can put Bag Balm or Vitamin E oil on the dry ears and you may want to cut back on the number of dust baths. Putting the athlete's foot powder in the dust will help if fungus is the problem.
