Dry ears?

I've posted about my chin having dry skin but it seems like it's ALWAYS dry. Only on her ears not her feet.
I've limited dust baths which won't help (I've gone down to one every four or five days).
I use bag balm and it'll help only a little, which she actually looks forward to get daily ear massages.
Is it possible it's just naturally dry skin or should I take her in to the vet?
Could it be something with her age (she's almost 8).

You can try using Herbal Remedy for Dry Skin (information about the remedy is posted on the webpage). Chronic dry skin can stem from nutrient deficiencies, including a deficiency in zinc, pantothenic, linoleic, linolenic acids, vitamins A, E, C.

Also, I would limit dust baths to one every 7-10 days (may be consider changing the type of dust you are using to see if it makes any difference).
