This is Herby's mom, again...About a month ago (before all the tooth probs) I had to change out Herby's water bottle because she had gnawed on the drinking spout. She was using the SuperPet water bottle that came with her when I got her, so I went and got one exactly like it, since she seemed to love that one. Suffice it to say, I have gone through 5 water bottles and now have a lixit bottle for her.
Here is my dilemma: She is not drinking out of the water bottle and the only water she takes in is what is mixed with her CC and her ground up pellets I am still hand feeding her and the water I give to her in a dropper mixed with some life line. I have tried cranberry juice and apple juice and she still will not drink out of it.
As I can not be up with her 24 hours, to make sure she is getting water one way or the other, how can I get her drinking out of her bottle again? I am at my wits end here and do not want her to get a UTI or go into dehydration over this.
Any suggestions? :please:

She may not be drinking because she is getting enough from what you are giving her in the CC mixture and out of the dropper. I would line her cage with paper towels and watch to see what her urine output is.

Thanks! I was doing that until today when I cleaned her cage and bought her a new house and put some aspen chips in the cage. Her urine output was some medium size puddles here and there and everywhere in the cage, and was a pale yellow. Is that normal?
