Do chin's get fleas?

A chin's fur is much too thick and dense for fleas, however chins could get fleas on feet and possibly tail. chins are much too sensitive for any direct flea treatment. You would have to treat the area where the investation occurs. I've not heard of any chin owners having fleas on their chins though.
