Its only cookie, after I give him a treat he like grinds his teeth and it makes this loud noise like when you rub shiny/smooth rubber. What is it and is he ok?
Do All male chins do this??

It's called bruxing and it's generally a sound of contentment among rodents. I'd say he's more than fine; he's probably feelin' pretty darn spiffy right about then. 
It's not gender linked, either; any animal with their kind of teeth can and will squeak them when they're having a good day.
