Woohoo its the new season of DWTS! Anyone else watch it obsessively besides me? It's just the first show and there's already drama! I'm sure you've already heard that Nancy O'Dell and Jewel can't compete anymore cuz they got injured. I won't say who is replacing them yet in case its a spoiler. But the cast is definately as interesting as ever. Seems like they added a whole lot more "hottie" gals... I don't know who will be my favorite yet.

Therese - Am I on drugs or are they not usually in the fall line up? I have it recording for later, definitely, but are they going to be on twice a year now? What's the deal here?

Peggy, DWTS has always been on twice a year. I think the first year it aired the schedule was a bit off since they still didn't know what they were doing. But since then, there's always been a "fall" show, and a "spring" show.

Oh and btw, Lacey looks so thin now! I guess the "fat" girls took Maksim's harsh words to heart and shed that much needed weight...

Yup, she's with Mark this season. She did a nice job last night. It wasn't OMG THAT WAS WONDERFUL (nobody was), but she did okay. Everybody seemed really stiff and uncomfortable, but that's par for the course for the first show.

Therese - Lacey did look really thin compared to how she normally looks and that makes me sad, because I thought she was beautiful before. She won't be around long though with that partner, and I will miss seeing her.

I'm beginning to think this is "So You Think You Can Dance With The Stars." That's THREE this year from the other show. I never was a fan of Chelsea Hightowers or Dimitri's. I was really hoping for Benji and possibly another guy, but, maybe next season.

I thought that guy from sex in the city was the only one who appeared to have chemistry with his partner...he probably can't not have chemistry being Latin and super hot!!
