Yeah I'd never heard of cats being able to foster dogs... but if it works, cool. They say breast is best in humans, so I'm sure the same goes for all mammals!

It is a very cute story, it just made me sad reading about the 800 unwanted pets and strays in just 6 weeks at the shelter .
