Comp Doc

Well I have another (third) apt with my comp docter today, as a matter of fact I have to get ready to go. This is so frustrating, he's just gonna say their is nothing wrong with me like they all do, even though the tests proves in black and white that there is. What a waste of time this is for me.

Sorry just wanted to vent cuz I really hate going to him and to court, and I also have to go to court on Thursday to get them to approve my therapy. Even something so simple, which I'm sure my laywers will win this one, it is all so frustrating.

Unless you've been through long term workers compensation, which I have (for 2-1/2 years) you have no idea how bad it is. They are always 100% certain you are just fine and trying to rip them off. I fought so hard and finally had proof that the doctor had made a major diagnostic mistake. Yippee I won the priviledge to get the surgery that I had needed for over 2 years and after time was able to walk normally. Take care of yourself at work and don't do anything without the proper safety aids. Most common claims are lifting, slips and falls, and repitition

First sorry Raven, alot of people from CNQ know what's been going on with me, I have a worker's compensation case going, which has been going on for over a year.

And yes addictedtochins is totally correct. It's the people that are good fakers that win, and the people like us that have real cases that have to go through all this crap, and deal with all the pain.

WHen I went yesterday to the worker's comp doc, he had a copy of CERVICAL SPINE MRI, which says i have spurs and a pinched nerve and I know this cuz two of my doctors told me, he said I just have arthritis in my neck. Well i do, but that's not what's causing the pain in my arm. The type of arthristis i have I don't even feel, it's degenerative. My neck has no pain, but because of the pinched nervie in verb-C5, it's going down my right arm and I am in contant pain with my elbow and if i do anyting like driving my whole arm hurts. I'm suprised they are allowing a third EMG for my right wrist for carpul tunnel.
