So, I was so excited for Athena to have her first litter. I had to wait until she was 2 years though and then another year after that for her to breed! I thought she would have one( she hardly gained any weight) but no..she had three healthy little kits! At first they all looked to be medium ebonies. Well, it's been a month and now I can tell that the male is definitely a standard, but the females throw me off. I can not tell if they are light/medium ebonies or just dirty belly standards. There is NO white in the belly, but it is like..a half shade lighter than the back. Here are some pictures, the flash washed them out a little.

I'm starting to see why some people don't use ebonies! Ha!

They all look like ebonies to me. Dirty bellied standards have white bellies at quick glance.....I see no white at all

i would say a dark medium. You would have to wait on him though, thats the thing with ebs, they tend to change with age. He may darken up or lighten up. Ebony is one of the most exciting mutations to watch grow because of color change

light medium ebonies. Light ebonies look like dirty belly standards. Your babies aren't dark enough to be regular mediums or dark mediums (confusing, I know) so they'd be light medium ebonies. You can just call them medium ebonies to simplify things. ;)
