cinnamon raisin bread!

well i am so bored as of late waiting for my first chinchilla to be ready to be picked up. staring at the empty cage sucks lol. anyway i have been baking bread alot lately not sure why lol. my wife says i am nesting for the chin lolz! well here is a homeade cinnamon raisin bread i made from scratch today, no mixer, no bread machine just my bare hands and the power of yeast! here is a pic as well as recipe
2 1/2 c bread flour
yeast pack
1/4 c milk
1 tsp salt
5 tsp sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 table spoon butter
3 tsp of cinnamon
3.0 oz raisins( i add alot because i like raisins)

Good for you. Making bread with your own hands is a good idea. I use the bread machine. Yes, you do use a lot of raisins...but that makes good bread.

I love it when the raisins are in the outer layer of the crust and are a little crunchy. Yum!

Oh that looks good, my weakness is bread. I wish my other half would cook things like that!
