Our little Vincenza is coming out of her shell a lot! She has a little bit of a cold and I found where we had them was quite drafty. So now they're even more in the center of things. As I had my morning coffee before heading off to work I heard this little "squeak squeak squeak chirp chirp" sound. She was sitting in the corner of her cage looking at me. "LOOK AT ME LOOK AT ME."

She did stop after I came over to talk to her. I think she was saying good morning!

She's also a little lonely since we had to split her and dad up. They're in separate cages but they still talk to each other through the bars. My poor babies :(.

The good news is her cold is clearing up and the vet didn't seem to think it was bad enough for antibiotics.

Do your little guys talk to you?

I love it when my chinnies have a squeak, both of my tend to do it in the middle of the day and Lola does the really fast squeak while Dotty will do a slow and lazy squeak :D I love it because i can tell which one it having a chat and when i go and say hi they stop and go back to sleep :D

It's so lovely. I didn't realize they talk so much :). She's by far more vocal than he is. And at the vet they talked to me a lot.

I love when they talk. None of my four talked until I adopted Hercules from Mt Zion chins. His nickname is talking turkey...(i dont know how it became turkey). Ever since he moved in all of my chins started talking back! It was like he taught them how to speak :) So cool
