So I love my boys like crazy and I just can't seem to get enough of them! Lately I've been admiring everyone's gorgeous violet chinnies and when I can find them, sapphires I was saying hello to all my boys today and I was like "why do you have to be so cute! you make me want another little boy!"
A few minutes later my mom walks in and goes "did I just hear you say you want another?! you have an addiction! I'm gonna sign you up for chins anonymous! it's a 12 step program!" hahaha it's so true though! they're such addicting little babies. Feel free to post your gorgeous violets to amuse my sudden love for them

My addicted to...handle came about first over ferrets years ago. I had one or two and I just HAD to have more. I went to all the pet stores and nobody had one, I couldn't find one anywhere. This was before Craigs List. I found myself driving to every store that just might get a ferret in (owner surrender) when it dawned on me I was acting like a drug addict trying to get a fix. lol

i have been holding on to this guy for a friend since fall of last year. his name is jack and i think he is just gorgeous! This picture doesnt do him justice, he is a real beauty, especially after a dusting!

I've got 2 violet wraps, 2 beige, 1 tov tan, 1 standard, 1 ebony, 1 black velvet, and a white moisac (can't spell)

I'm definitely addicted. Got a call from the local SPCA yesterday and they asked me if I would be interested in adopting another chinchilla since I got Carlos from them. The wheels in my head started turning and then I sadly said that I just couldn't take on anymore chinchillas at this time b/c my chin room is small and all the boys have big cages and I just realistically could not fit another one in there.

There were a few moments where I did try to figure out how I could bring this new chin home but then reality set in and I remembered the lack of space and all the chaos I've been through recently trying to calm down all the crazies in my chin room and told her no, I just can't right now. I did give her some good advice about chins regarding their diet, bottled water etc. and told her to contact me anytime if she needed more information.

Jeff thinks I'm crazy for wanting more. I think he is just jealous because I give Shelly all of my attention now. :neener:
