Those of you who use Groupon know that they do these random asides called "Groupon says..." Today it was about showers and one of their "facts" about showers was:

Due to the dryness of their ancestral home, chinchillas never bathe in water, and instead must be showered in compliments about the microfiber density of their coats and how their eyes closely resemble marbles of the finest polished obsidian.

The random humorous witty commentary at Groupon is different for each Groupon and each metropolitan locale. So, its unlikely a Groupon out here in Seattle will have the same copy as one from Boston.

Regardless, at least they got their facts straight (with of course the exception about chinchilla eyes being black, since they can be red too!)...and it was of course funny writing as usual for Groupon.
