I took River to the vet for her nose/mouth being red a dry and flakey. Vet gave me an ointment but now her right vaginal lip is swollen red and infected! WHAT DO I DO?!

What did the vet say was going on with her nose? What was the ointment prescribed? From the description of the nose/mouth, it sounds like it could be ringworm that is spreading. Does she have any discharge from her vagina? I would definitely get her back in to be seen.

The vet took a skin scrape said it wasn't ring worm. We took the risk of using the medication from her nose down there, and it seems to be going down. My male now has a little patch under his eye though and now its losing fur, we took the medicine to that now too. (though caged separately played often together before she got sick) I'm worried they've been misdiagnosed so I'm taking them in tomorrow. :(

It's called Gel Fuciderm (she no longer has any pus thankfully, and the swelling and rash has gone down) and she said it was just a rash or damage to her skin.

I'd take her to a vet. It may be something simple and easily treated, but it could also be very serious. Anything vaginal related would definitely scare me since it could indicate uterine infections, and they can quickly become life-threatening.
Good luck!

Sounds like a case of ringworm to me. Especially if you are seeing hairloss around the eye on your other. Ringworm is not seen by a skin scrape. Vets usually culture those out and that usually takes up to a week to come back....even so you can get false positive and false negatives.

I usually use desenex powder in the dust bath and lotriman cream on the infected areas.

As far as the vaginal irritation. That would require a vet visit. It could very well be ringworm in that area since it does spread and is contagious.
