Chinchilla Urine

Hey all,

My chinchilla, Chichi, is a 1 year old female. She peed on the top shelf of her cage and when we cleaned it up, we noticed it was very dark. I read dark urine is normal, but could you all take a look??

I want to make sure everything is ok. She is eating and drinking fine. She is also pretty active.

The urine appears to be a normal color to me. Chins' urine can be surprisingly dark.

Yup, looks completely normal. Their urine can range anywhere from a light yellow to a rust color.

Well guys, Chichi just gave birth!! I woke up this morning and she has a little baby in her cage!! I am gonna make a seperate post about this because I have no clue what to do! LOL
