chin with dry, crusty paws..

hi excuse me for my English but i'm from Greece. I just noticed that my 8-week old male chin's paws are quite dry and crusty.. one of the front two seems to be in a much worse situation since one finger seems quite deformed from that dryness..And he prefers not to step on this particular foot..

(I don't know if it has to do something with that, but the same chin has a problem with its penis, and is being given a medicine calles Baytril for about 10 days now)

Any ideas?? :/

Where did you get this chin? It sounds as though there are multiple issues going on that could be life threatening. Swollen crusted paws like that could be advanced fungus, infection from an injury, etc. Again, can you post a picture of the paws so we can see what's going on?
