Chin Spin stability?

We don't have a FN

We want to get a chin spin for our cage but I'm not sure the bars are tough enough to deal with the weight of the wheel.

Anyone had trouble with non Ferret Nation cages?

It feels a little flimsy but holds the weight of the ledges/tube ok. They feel very secure.

It looks solid enough, but if you say it's flimsy...then maybe not. The ChinSpin is VERY heavy.

How about the ChinSurfer?

The bars are pretty easy to bend. And the last thing I want is for it to fall on her. Would the flying saucer be better?

Go with a Silver Surfer, they are much lighter. Or a Grape Escape.

Hi there,
I have a Chin Spin in a Prevue Feisty Ferret cage. It works fine if you attach it to Aluminum bars to spread out the weight distribution. Home Depot sells inexpensive 3 foot 1/8" thick bars that are easy to cut to size and drill the holes.You can see the setup on the last pic in this thread:
