Chin spin question

I have someone coming by today bringing her wheel then I compared the both. I compared them with my Ed Spins and they're not like these.

Whats an Ed Spin and wher'd you get them?

If you go to Chinworld.com there is a picture posted there. I didn't get mine from Chinworld but some I got from Mary Ann Holden that knows Ed. Then 1 year I purchased them directly from Ed since I needed 18. This is Mary Ann's website ishttp://www.questhavenpets.com/.

My chin spin does have a bit of a dent, but it doesn't bother my girls one bit. They're quite the runners too.

After looking into the Ed Spin it looks like there's a couple rivets holding the wheel together, that sticks out on the inside as well as the outside, that people have complained about their chins cutting their feet on.

I think I'll stick with my Chin Spin.

I met Snickers yesterday and she brought two of the Chin Spins to show me and get my opinion I want to clarify what is going on with some of the wheels. What Snickers is describing as dented, is actually that some of the wheels are not round. One of them was definitely an oval shape.

That's insane..I would definitely expect a refund or replacements free of charge...

I talked to one of the owners this afternoon. I told her that 7 boxes are still unopened out of the 12. She told me to open them up and call her Monday to let her know how many I disliked. She will let me send them back on her UPS account. I told her to look at them when she gets them back. I'll get to decide if I want a credit or sent new ones. If I decide to get new ones she will look at them before they leave the shop.

That sounds like a good plan. I have one Chin Spin that I bought from Quality Cage Co. and it is perfectly round, works well and I have absolutely no issues with. Something must have gone wrong in the manufacturing department and if that's the case, it is the supplier's problem not yours and they need to rectify the situation.

I sent 6 back out of 12. The owner called me yesterday and she saw what I saw. She said she picked out 6 herself and will be sending them to me. She apologize.
