Chin SICK, Lethargic and coughing sounds

I am really worried about him! Need advice to get him through the night so I can see a vet

Hopefully he did make it through the night, lethargy is not something you wait until morning for. Lethargy in a chin is pretty much an "I need to get to the vet NOW" kinda thing.

You mention that you will see a vet today, please let us know how he did.

Please keep us updated! My baby chin became lethargic and died a few hours later... it's a horrible thing to see happen.. getting them to the vet ASAP is the best chance they've got..

I will be thinking about you and your chinny all day today. Sorry I couldn't post last night -- I hope everything turns out okay.

Thank you for all your concern. I loved my little GUS GUS so so much. he unfortunately died in my arms that night. it was the saddest thing i have ever seen and miss him so much!

Bummer. Probably wasnt much they couldve done if he was that far gone already but when a chin has all those symptoms they need to be seen by a vet asap....rip gus

I'm so sorry you lost Gus, but find in comforting that you were with him when he died. He died knowing he was loved. May he rest in peace and be forever in your heart.
