My next question, were the first set (2nd picture) also elongated? I really have not got the foggiest idea, except that he has bad teeth- the teeth themselves are all wacky. Thank you all for not slamming me. You know I have been taking him in to be filed and asked when the first set were done if his roots were ok. I would not have done all of that if I had not thought we were just dealing with the teeth we could see. So, for now he is eating his CC/pellet mix eagerly. He gets metacam every day, he bounces, he plays, he dusts. But now I know he is in constant pain, not just when he eats. I hoped that if his roots were ok, I was willing to keep up with the hand feeding as long as he was willing. He does not have to be held, he runs up to the cage side and does the little jail face to get his nummys. But knowing this, changes that perception of his happiness.
