Although Chaz is not with me yet, (still to young to take away from his mom), he is a very good little fellow. As you can see he is as small as my palm! Very cute!

Awwww...a little fuzzy wiglet beebee! I love it when they are that size because they are such snugglers.

I am not a chinchilla expert but yes he was very good and stayed quite close to me. =)

What do you call them? Newborns I often call boppers...or lil uns. Wiglets are about one week to month old... I should post a glossary of terms so that everyone knows what I am saying.

Anyway...Chaz is a cutie pants...I love him. I have one that is about his age now and she is just so much fun. She's just at the age where the mom starts being grateful that her baby is taken out for several minutes while she can relax without having a baby trying to ride on her!

Chaz is a cutie! i have ever had the opportunity to hold a baby chinnie that small.

Yes I am pretty lucky. That was and is the only time I have held a chinchilla. They are great little animals. I can't wait for my little Chaz to come home and be with me everyday!

aw I love baby chins, they always have such huge heads, and it's so adorable! I love holding them too, they're much easier to hold onto than adults most of the time.

I agree! He is very adorable! Im hoping to get more pics up when he is older and when I actually have him. Right now he is still with the breeder. But I am really looking forward to his arrival! =)

How on earth are you going to be able to make it through the next, what, six weeks of him having to be with his mama?

It is going to be very hard! I keep telling my mom I want to get him so bad already! It is going to be really hard the week I get Chaz bc I will be so excited and I probably wont sleep at night! I am animal lover! I have had many different animals but I am hoping chinchillas will be my favorite of them all!

You poor thing! And, he's so cute... I have some little baby chinchillas right now that I just can't wait to see every morning when I get up. LOL It would be hard to have to wait to see them...so I understand 100% what you are going through.
