Can chins have these

I know so many things are like "black listed" for chins, but would these be considered the same?

Chinchillas don't need to have access to mineral or salt licks. It's unnecessary.

As for the grain stick, I wouldn't give it. I usually just give a pinch of old fashioned oats, a rosehip, a small piece of unsweetened shredded wheat, sticks/twigs, etc. for a treat. The grain stick you have linked just looks like too much for a chin. Also, I know for the hamster ones, they tend to also contain some seeds too; Seeds are a no-no for chins.

By grains they usually mean seeds, which are high in oils and fats and can lead to health problems.

The only thing chins NEED is a good pellet, clean water, fresh hay, and safe chews.

They don't need anything else. Treats and "toys" are all for people, we "need" them because they make people feel like good owners.
