Only the timothy treat has the potential to be a safe treat, but I cannot confirm that, but I don't see anything of high sugar in it or high fat content that I can see, but I'm not a food expert.

Chins don't need treats. If you want to give them something, give them apple twigs or some other kind of chew toy.

All I needed to see was "petsmart.com" to come up with "no". The few actually healthy and safe items at petsmart are usually so overpriced I don't even bother stopping in. Try the classified ads here for healthy, safe toys and treats made by people who won't rip you off. My guys loved the heck out of the Oats 'n Herbs supplement from Fuzzies' Kingdom, for example. And for apple wood/chews, visit Ronda's thread. :) My guys like her apple wood more than shreddies or rose hips.

i was in petsmart today and passed on those without even looking at the ingredient list, and instead picked up a willow ball, palm leaf shredders, coloured pine block shapes, and a popsicle stick type toy. things like that keep a chin busier, and in my mind, happier, than a treat that would be gone in mere moments.

for treats: plain shredded wheat, spoon size, and break off about 1/4 to 1/3 to give. rosehips are good too, for the vitamin C. or as others have said, just a new piece of wood or stick would make chins just as happy.

I bought some of the timothy treats, and honestly, my boys were not big fans. They would take one or two nibbles and drop it.

I think its a waste of money. I bought a bag of the Timothy treats once and my boys pretty much ignored them.
