Burrowing Under Fleece Liner

Recently, Binx has been burrowing under his fleece liner. This just started all of a sudden. He was able to burrow under it because I didn't put the clips in on the corners; he never needed them before. However, today, I changed fleece liners and put a new one in, with all four clips in the corners. HOWEVER, Binx STILL manages to get under the fleece liner! It seems as though he's slipping under a certain corner. I tried to block him and put his buddy there, but he just moves his buddy out of the way! He is so persistent in trying to get under there, I'm at a loss! I don't know what to do? Please help!

I would just let him burrow, or get him a fleece tube he obviouly likes the feeling of it for some reason

Forgot to add, he does have a fleece tube.
