Bump at base of tail?

Today when I was holding my chinchilla I noticed a bump, like there was no hair it was like a small, pea sized bump that was about an inch down the underside of his tail. What could this be, should I try to take him in tomorrow to the vet?

By the base of the tail?

Could be anything from a rub spot to an ingrown hair or if it was a ranch chin and implant site.
