Bringing home Atlas!

So tomorrow I'm driving over to pick up Atlas from Amanda, who is a member on here. It's a violet male, about ten weeks old. I have his cage all set up like you guys have suggested on here, fleece items galore, and I can't wait! I have a last minute meeting for work in the morning BOOOO! and then I'm heading off on my trip. It's about 3 hours from here. I will definitely post pics of the little guy when I get him, just keeping my fingers crossed they don't talk too much at this meeting so I will be able to go tomorrow. Work can be :vomit: sometimes hahaha. Wish me luck!

Atlas is home!

Hi you guys, I did manage to bring Atlas home, letting him get used to his surroundings for a while before I start snapping pics like crazy haha. He is sooooo cute! It was great to see Amanda and see his mommy, I was very sad to hear his daddy passed shortly after Atlas was born I named him Atlas because his dad's name was Atmosphere and I kind of wanted to keep something close to that and he's such a BIG little guy compared to typical kit sizes, not that I really know much about that hehe. All I know is I adore him already The entire ride home (well, in between naps) he was in his QC carrier and trying his HARDEST to escape and giving me the evil eye. Amanda can vouch for it, when I was at her house he was literally using his entire body to see if he could shake the carrier enough to get out, silly boy.

I will definitely post pics when I get some. I will get some of my other 2 little fur balls too so they won't be jealous.

Glad you made it home okay! Yes, he was determined to get out of there... glad he didn't figure it out! Atmosphere actually passed just after conception, so he didn't even get to meet him.. I love the name you picked for him!

Awww, well Atmosphere would be proud, he's a gorgeous little boy. He loves his little fleece cubie buddy, every time I go peek at him he's sitting beside it in a different part of the cage hehe
