My new girl (she is an Arlington chin) has been blinking her eye for 3 days now. There is no discharge, she is eating hay and pellets fine, drinking fine is very active, and poops look good. It is her right eye. She has had one dust bath since I got her on Sunday and it was before I noticed her blinking, I use blue cloud. Should I take her to the vet, or give it a few more days to see if it stops? The last pic is of her left eye for comparison

I have some basic Target brand lubricant eye drops - contains glycerin (0.3%), propylene glycol (1.0%), preserved w/ benzalkonium chloride (0.01%) would that be okay?

I guess but I wouldn't want to mislead you since I don't know that brand.
Wait before using it until someone confirms the brand.

Sorry

You can always use plain eye saline to wash it out as well. That's what I've used as it doesn't have extra things in it.

I got a good drop into her eye and haven't seen her blink again :)

Thanks everyone! I will keep my "eye" :D on her and see how she does. I am going to hold out on giving her a bath for a few days, poor girl, I was letting her out for some playtime and she kept rolling around in her cardboard playtube (aka a soda carton) like she was having a bath
