You need to enable Mass storage mode. Go to options, memory

This is probably the easiest way. When you connect your BB to your pc with the usb cord your pc will recognize your bb memory card as another drive. You can just copy/paste any music/wallpapers/ringtones/pics directly to your bb and vice versa (if you have pics you want to transfer from your phone to your pc to save).
This site is also great for making your own ringtones. Its free and you can make a ringtone out of any song thats on your pc already.
