i have seen one reply to a lemon spray thread about this product, and how it will not work..

does anybody know, from experience, if this is a good product or not?

I have tried to use Fooey which is a bitter apple type thing. In my experiance it does not work for horses or chinchillas and just makes my dog roll in it...cats don't care either way...and if you get it on your hands no matter how much you wash you will not eat food that you have touched in any way shape or form for several days.

I have also used Fooey and I got it in my mouth more than he got it in his. And when he did, it didn't phase him one bit.

Thankfully, he learned over time what he wasn't allowed to chew on, and he usually doesn't give me problems.

I haven't had success with bitter apple. My bunny would stay away until it dried on the surface and would go right at it and my chins seem to like it. I gave up

I have this stuff called "Bitter Yuck" that isn't citrus like bitter apple. It tastes horrific to me (I got it on my hands and despite several washings, could still taste it when I ate), but my chin couldn't care less.
