I have had 3 chins in the past which I got at all different times so I found it very easy to tame and train them. I have bought two 3 months old boys after my last ones passed and am finding it quite hard to tame and train them as they compete with each other. Would love any tips from anyone ;)

yeah don't force anything, don't chase after them, look at them at their eye level, let them do their thing on their terms. also hold them alot, since they are young you can pretty much mold their personalities, if you can spend time with them.

Handle them, time and patience and a bit of luck, some chins will take forever to come around but most eventually will.

And remember that they are all different and will warm up to you at different speeds, some maybe not at all. I have one girl who was an instant sweetheart from the very beginning and I have another girl who after almost a year now still kacks at me every time I walk by the cage.

Sometimes it takes a few weeks for the chins to acclimate to a brand new environment, usually it isn't more than a week or so. Give them time and once they are used to you and everything else they will be easier.

How long have you had the two new ones?

I try to handle them so they get used to me but they are both so skittish its hard. The onlt time they are not is early hours of the morning which is when I am norm asleep. I never had this mant probs with previous chins
