I found a small local company that would make my pans and also the metal rings for my wheels.Try looking locally for sheet metal work,also some of the folks that do metal duct work for heat/air can do the custom size.As far as prices, my local guy was a little cheaper but mostly I saved a ton on shipping costs.He said he would be willing to work with folks needing the custom size pans and shipping since he is a small business.The name of the place is Providence Sheet Metal phone number 704-283-9743.He may be able to help you out esp. with the large order.You just have to be specific about the dimensions and rolled edges/no sharp edges,etc.He uses metal rivets,and he'll tell you he can't promise no sharp points-but all the work he has done for me has been good.I had to Dremel smoothe several sharp points and burrs on the Bass pans I ordered.:thumbsup:
