Bamboo shredders!

Just thought I'd let you all know, in case anyone is interested, that I've got the bamboo shredders and the cardboard tubes (Critter Crunchers) in now!

Chins love the bamboo shredders so I'm excited!

Alli, how do these liners work? Do they just sit in the pans or do they wrap around at all? Sorry if I missed this in another thread, haven't been around much lately.

The liners I have just sit in the pan. And include either industrial velcro or clips if you want them. Otherwise some people just have enough sitting on the bottom of their cage (houses, marble tiles etc) that they don't need the velcro or clips.

The price on the site is for just a 2 layer liner but I have done others. I will probably add more options once I get time (like terrycloth inside or another layer of fleece)

just as a funny side note, when I gave the girls bamboo shredders for the first time, my boyfriend came home and said "Honey why do the chinchillas have chinese finger traps in their cages?" he thought maybe they would stick their tails in them or something and get stuck :rofl:

Lol....that's what I thought when I first saw them! I didn't know they were shredders....that's why I am on here trying to learn as much as I can before I bring Kunya home! :rofl:
