Bald Spot on head

Sigh, I just mentioned that her bald spot wasnt bothering her, and then when I put her away tonite I see this...

She is scratching it. When she does that she is scratching it open. I put chlorhexidine on it and some bag balm, any other thoughts on what to do for her? It is just a bald spot, the fur has not ever tried growing in, not even peach fuzz. She came to us like that, and they "had no idea" what happened.

I didnt put the BJ on right away because I didnt want it to sting, but I will def put it on in the morning, if she lets it alone and it isnt broken open. I wish I knew why she was itching it all the sudden.
