My kits are 2 weeks and 2 days (16 days) and i was wondering if after there a certain age do i nurse them less ? I am doing rotation so they are still also drinking from there mother. The kits still wont sit still for there feeding and i was told not to keep putting the milk on there lip if there pulling away because they can aspirate. So do i rotatee after a longer period of time once there a certain age or do i stay at every 2 hours ?

I had to go back to see the reason for rotating them - have you tried pulling Mom from the cage to see if they get along without something to fight over?
While she's out, look her over to see if she's only got milk in one teat, as that could be the cause.
As they get older, they'll start nibbling on pellets and hay, maybe crush them up to make it easier, but I'd try putting them together to see if they still fight.

I've never seen kits fight for no reason. They fight over food at this age.

Have you tried putting them back in with mom together? I've never hand feed kits the entire time, usually for a couple days, or a week, until mom gets her milk in.

I also recommended the mom and kit formula. Are you using that?

Yes i do use that formula, and it seemss like they fight over the same nipple from the mother . When i take them out for playtime together they get along. So it's just when there in the cage with mom. I tried putting them together and just one gets to nurse and stay under the mom because the other one fights the other one away.
