Cary IL,
It must be a beige month for me.

Baby my 17 year old beige female had a litter of kits with her mate of 10 years Harm (standard) she is doing well with her two little ones and all the other girls in the colony are helping out. Both babies are nursing well.
she had a standard male and a beige female. I named the female Miss Muffet. She is my only old one in breeding all my other girls over 10 are retired. But baby is such a good mom and only has kits now once in a while I let her and Harm stay together.

Congratulations! Beautiful little babies ..and Mommy, too!

She is amazing. She is my very first female and seh gave me my first litter ever on Christmas morning years and years ago. The last baby of hers I showed got a 1a so she still has it LOL. She already has her milk in and her and Harm are snuggling the babies. It is great she has never bred back so I can always just leave Harm in with her.

Congrats, Kristy! Don't think I've seen a longer tail than what's on the standard male, unless that's just the angle! Do the tails get longer the older the parents are??

no they don't get longer with age LOL. it is a genetics thing Baby has a very long tail, thankfully it is straighter tails so it doesn't curl up and mess up the fur on her back for shows. Many Many years ago she got a blue ribbon...

Wow! 17 years old! That is awesome! Congratulations, and I hope my babies get to see that age.
