Are there any infamous chinchilla breeders?

Hello, I was just wondering if there were chinchilla breeders that are well known for being horrible. I was wondering this because I know that with dogs there is but I was not sure about other animals.

Yeah, in California there is a chinchilla breeder (You can probably find them on line too) Called King chinchilla The person who picks is super rude and I have read stories about how people’s baby chinchillas will die days after getting them.
